Off the Beaten Track... Cafe Style
John Hellowell from Dalby has recently returned from a memorable trip to the Falkland Isles where he spent time working on farms, going out into the wilderness, sitting for hours just to get one photo.
At 7.30pm on Saturday 25th February, at St. James schoolrooms Dalby, he will be sharing his images and stories to give an insight into the Falkland Islands as few people have ever seen them.
Admission at £6.50 includes a homemade hotpot supper, tea/ coffee and a copious amount of cake, bring your own wine of beer. To book tickets please ring Gilly 844031.
Proceeds from events at St James during 2012 are going to support the work of Hospice IoM and the Manx overseas charity The Pahar Trust Nepal, and of course the church and Restoration Fund.
