As the third anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine approaches The Diocese in Europe offer an open invitation to a prayer service for peace in Ukraine. This will be held online via Zoom on Wednesday 19th February at 18.00 CET/17.00 GMT (19.00 Ukrainian time) and can be accessed on the link below:
Bishop Robert Innes (Diocesan bishop of the Diocese in Europe) will lead the service, and there will be reflections from Christina Stafiychuk-Laschenko Church warden in Kyiv, and Revd Kasta Dip, chaplain of Warsaw with oversight for the Kyiv chaplaincy.
The service will also share details of the re-launched appeal with USPG to support refugees from Ukraine and across Europe.
Christians from across Europe have joined previous prayer services and the Diocese of Europe look forward to welcoming you on the 19th in prayerful solidarity.
