Cranmer Prayer Book Reading Competition 2019
I am pleased to announce that the Regional Competition for the Prayer Book Cranmer Awards will take place on Saturday 23 November 2019 at St Georges Church, Douglas, at 3.00pm.
It is open to all children of the Diocese in age groups under 11, 11-14, & 15-18.
Winners will qualify to represent the Diocese at the National Finals to be held at The Old Palace in Worcester on Saturday 29 February 2020. The Diocese of Sodor and Man has a very strong tradition in excellence of public reading from the Book of Common Prayer, and parishes and schools are encouraged to nominate candidates.
