Bishop Tricia sends heartfelt thanks to everyone who has been offering love and support after she shared the news of her husband Andrew’s diagnosis. With immense sadness, Andrew passed away on Tuesday evening. He was at home just as he wished, and where, as he put it ‘it is peaceful, calm and I am surrounded by love’. Your good wishes, prayers, cards and messages helped to ensure this.
Andrew’s funeral will take place on Tuesday 24th June at 11am. It will be held at the Cathedral Isle of Man in Peel.
Bishop Tricia and all the family would welcome all who wish to honour his memory, say goodbye and send him on his way, ‘further up and further in’.
