Michaelmas Ordination
Bishop Peter ordained Ruth Walker as Deacon in a service held at the Cathedral, Peel on Saturday afternoon (28 September). The large congregation enjoyed the edgy and angelic sermon from the Rt Reverend Michael Burrows, Bishop of Cashel, Ferns and Ossory…it is not often that a sermon elicits a round of applause at its ending.
