We seek a Vicar for Malew and Santan

A rural parish in one of the most beautiful places
in the British Isles

Malew and Santan is one parish with four very different churches which serves the rural community in the south east of the island as part of the Southern Mission Partnership.

The PCC are seeking clear-sighted leadership to help them release the talents they have, to grow in service and mission in the local communities and to welcome new members.

The bishop is looking for a priest who is a team player with stamina, creativity and experience.

We offer a well-maintained modern Vicarage standing in pleasant grounds on the edge of Ballasalla, the largest (and still growing) village in the parish. There are excellent schools in the parish and beyond and the island enjoys a very high standard of living.

Deadline for email applications (very much preferred) 1pm on Thursday 25th April 2019. Paper only applications by noon on Maundy Thursday 2019.

Interviews on 23rd and 24th May (for which we will pay travel and accommodation costs).

A Parish Profile, explanatory note and details of stipend are available online at www.sodorandman.im/job_vacancies
