The day began for the Archbishop with a visit to Manx Radio on Douglas Head and there was a very restricted view of the bay as Manannan’s Cloak shrouded the headland and the foghorn sounded.
Archbishop Stephen also took the time to say how his first trip to the Island was going so far and to look forward to the day ahead with all that has been planned.
