The Archbishop of York, Stephen Cottrell is on the Island this weekend at Cathedral Isle of Man on Sunday evening and at Tynwald Day at St John’s on Monday.
Archbishop Stephen said:
“I’m very much looking forward to being at Peel Cathedral this Sunday to be in conversation with others about the Lord’s Prayer— the prayer that Jesus taught his disciples, and how we can truly live it out in our daily lives. I’m also deeply honoured to be part of the Tynwald Day celebrations—an occasion of national significance for the Isle of Man, rich in history and identity. To share in this tradition is a joy and a great honour.”
