Gladstone’s Library

Gladstone’s Library, in Flintshire, has strong links with faith communities around the UK, and is a destination for people seeking somewhere to read, write or sit in quiet reflection (I have attached a picture of our quiet Theology Room). It has 26 bedrooms set in a 120-year-old Victorian building – there is a standard clergy discount of 40% on accommodation here (valid for retirees, too).

We frequently receive requests for people involved in church activities who are not ordained clergymembers asking if the discount is valid for them. If you know someone who would benefit from a stay, they might be interested in our current 30% B&B offer, which is valid on stays up to February 28th and is bookable through www.gladstoneslibrary.org or enquiries@gladlib.org/ or by telephone 01244 532 350.
