Statement from Bishop Peter – Corona Virus (Covid-19)
Bishop Peter in response to today's earlier announcement and guidance issued by the Archbishop's of Canterbury and York asks that everyone please note that routine public worship on Sunday's and weekday's in churches is now suspended until further notice.
However, the Church’s work of prayer and pastoral care continues and this will be implemented at local level over the coming days when churches will be open for prayer and witness, and as a sign of God’s abiding love.
